Added support for Social Media Links and Favicons

Social media presence is very much important for any personal branding. Therefore it's necessary that a user's personal branding website should show his or her social media presence.

Two days back, on Sunday, I added support for around 27 social media urls. User can add his social media urls and they appear on their home page.

Favicon Support Added

In addition to this, I've also made some minor tweaks and added favicon support. From now the site's logo will now be used as favicon of the website.
